why do people judge outlooks?

I get it some people are thick, some people aren't, some people have some pretty faces, some people don't. I feel like some girls just have a mentality that is not necessarily wrong but damaging- they think that just because you don't look a certain way you shouldn't wear clothes that would put some of your body parts for outlook because others are more volomptousand and they look better in them. I just don't find it relevant, everyone should feel beautiful in their own skin.
