long story short, my school is forcing me to either take 4 hls, or take 3 hls and ab initio spanish.

i really don't want to take 4 hls, since it won't benefit me in any way.

so i was wondering, how hard is ab initio spanish, including the content learnt and the examinations?

thanks in advance : )

Have you had any experience with Spanish?

It is relatively simple if you are fluent in English or in a roman language and if you keep at it with studying.

A big downside, however, is the fact that the grade boundaries are very high for ab initio!

I am fluent in English, but have no prior experience in Spanish : (

Do you have any past experience with learning Spanish, and if so, how would you suggest I revise and tackle the exams?

thx
