This is the argument most oft trotted out, but I went to a failing school in a deprived area and it is in my experience nonsense. The posh kids still have better, newer stuff, and the poor kids still get bullied cos their shirts aren't white enough, or their blazer is a hand-me-down
Ana all that rubbish about it creates a community is ******** everyone trying to be top dog (all boys school) it creates equality nope you just get bullied for your school shoes or PE trainers or your bag or jacket or just for no reason and at my school behaviour seemed to actually improve on non uniform days.
