thank you! well done to you too ^^ i really don't know if i'm going to accept bcs i really like my current school but i feel like if i reject the offer i'll be losing an opportunity ☹️
I am most probably going to accept my place at King's. I feel like it would offer so much more than my current school, as much as I love it.
I checked the invite, the open evening is from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Are you all going to wear school uniform?

hey, i got a place for this september and here are the details i remember:
The written test was split into three: maths, english and general. Maths was pretty easy, with a lot of algebra. for english it was creative writing similar to gcse english lang ones. For me, general was def the hardest, and was short on time. It had two parts - first was multiple choice which was pretty hard overall, second was an argumentative essay, where they give you a choice of 2 questions and give you some data to back up your points, and you just have to form the argument.
For the interviews, i was interviewed in Physics, Chemistry and General.
The questions were all pretty easy, in phys it was mainly on forces and motion with some other things mixed in, about a ball bouncing. for chem, is was super easy abt g1 metals and organic chem. For general it was what you would expect and prepare for any school interview, and the hardest question i'd say i got was "if you had to ask 1 question to get to know someone, what would you ask?"

overall it was not too difficult and i would recommend doing ALOT of practise papers and questions, and also reading over what you wrote on the application questions before the interview. good luck, and feel free to ask any more questions.
