for the first question it says 2 marks. So the answer can't just be cell membrane.That will probs get you 1 mark only. You need to explain to get 2 marks. In the absence of alcohol belatin does not diffuse out of the cells due to the permeability of cell membrane which is intact and has not been disrupted.

for q2 - (2 marks) so explain what happens to belting when there is a temp increase and why
for q3 - (2 marks) why do you rinse and how is this important
for q4 - (4marks) give 2 controlled variables and explain both of them. (why are they controlled). if there are more write them down
for q5 - (3marks) what are the limitations. how does this affect the experiments and why
