The undergrad cohort is currently about 25% women which while lowish in absolute terms, is still pretty good for a Comp Sci course in the UK. Intake is about 200 so thats ~50 women in each year so you definitly wont be alone. Its a tough course to get on to however, the admission to application ratio is about 13:1.

The Department also comes 1st in the Russel Group for female Comp Sci Profs, again low in absolute terms but definitly leading the pack.

thank you ... was just wondering was I don't know any woman applying for comp sci
