Anyone else want to emigrate to the US for summer?!

I do, it's listening to that damn cheesy Kid Rock song All Summer Long...I wanna go to Northern Michigan to sip whiskey and make love by a lake! :rolleyes:

I'd love to emmigrate to America, in the winter. Although I always wonder what it would be like to live the kind of lifestyle Chad Kroeger (video to Photograph) and Kid Rock seemed to have lived as a child.

I want to do Camp America, I know someone who is doing it currently and she's having an amazing time.

Unfortunately I have no skills that they desire and I don't do much.
My application would be...about... 5 lines long.
Apparently they have jobs that don't involve kids?
WAHEY!
I just want to escape to the USA but not do the scary independant Work USA thing.

you dont need skills, theres a week before hand they teach you everything you need to know as long as your fairly open what you do, youll be fineeeeeee

I thought you had to have a specialist hobby, like photography and stuff and know first-aid, bla bla... My friend wants to go but she'll definitely get a place, she's been working with Brownies since forever and she's super smart.
I don't really know what I'd do. Thanks anyway, I'll look into it.

I've just got back from a holiday in Wyoming and South Dakota and I met some Wyoming Ranchers who've offered me a place working with bales of hay for a month or two next summer :biggrin:

Yeah, havent decided who im going to apply with, but theres 3-4 main companies, like Camp America, BUNAC, and a few others i believe, a few of my mates are out there doing it now, so ill wait till thier back then find out which one they reccommend.

You should know, girls are good at multitasking n all that :p:
