Would it be a disadvantage if I choose Math as a fourth Subject

Would be better for applying medicine for university id I choose Chem, Bio, PE and get A* in all three or choose the same Chem, Bio, PE and Math and get A* for chem,bio, and PE and get B in Math. Would the B in Math lower chances for college acceptance even if you still have A* for the others.

I believe several medical schools don't accept the combination of A-level Biology and A-level PE as two separate subjects due to overlapping content (like economics and business studies or maths and further maths), so you may need to take a fourth subject with that combination. I would recommend your carefully investigate the requirements of any medical schools you may wish to apply to and, if in doubt, contact them to enquire - bearing in mind it may take a while to get a response in the present situation.
