Your question has been asked twice, if you don't happen to see my answer to your other one, here it is: This covers the unique structures of a plant cell, however it misses out on the fact plant cells also retain the structures of animal cells. I understand animal cells are detailed elsewhere but you should also either link that to these notes or copy paste animal structure definitions here. As well as that, a link to the light microscope practical would also be useful as the exam boards love asking questions in practical senses rather than theoretical.
