You know we can't do your homework for you, but here are some pointers:

Q1: who did the billings represent in society? what sort of people?
Priestley was teaching us something about the upper classes - can you think what?

Q2: You should be able to find this in the book

Q3: A quick google search will tell you both of these

Q4: "someone that's useful or valued" = commodity

When it comes to picking a question. I'd suggest the WW1 question or How Capitalists benefit from wars. They're interesting and can be quite substantial with content.
