How is birling a construct? What is Priestley teaching us through his character

Where was the phrase hard headed man of business first used?

Apart from the end of WW1 what else happened in 1945

You know we can't do your homework for you, but here are some pointers:

Q1: who did the billings represent in society? what sort of people?
Priestley was teaching us something about the upper classes - can you think what?

Q2: You should be able to find this in the book

Q3: A quick google search will tell you both of these

Q4: "someone that's useful or valued" = commodity

It’s not homework it’s questions that we’re suggested as I have an essay to wtite

When it comes to picking a question. I'd suggest the WW1 question or How Capitalists benefit from wars. They're interesting and can be quite substantial with content.
