I have a Geography degree! My favourite topics were climate change, biogeography, ecology, crime and population.

My least favourite was rivers. 3 hour lecture on how water runs down a hill :fluffy:

Hello all,

I am Sam Townsend, a proud TSR geographer and the Student Ambassador for Geography undergraduate degree courses at the University of Huddersfield Student Room Forum.

I am a 1st Year Geography Bsc(Hons) Student and studied A Levels in Geography, Biology and Business.

I can understand for some applying to university might be stressful; however, from my own experience, The Student Room helped ease that pressure when seeking honest advice. It was reassuring reading about other students who have already gone through the process of applying to university and successfully achieving their goal at the other end.

I would be pleased to answer any questions you may have about the course, field trips and overall experience. I am sharing my views as a 1st Year Undergraduate studying both Human and Physical Geography.
