No? Why is that racist?
It means that foreigners prefer London because of the hype so its better.
Given the choice "x or London" I would generally choose x because I do not have enough kidneys to sell to pay rent there.

Oh I apologise if you thought that way. I actually firmed Kings college london and insured Manchester uni and got into both. But I chose Kings anyway. Manchester is probs the second best city in the UK tbh
I would defo go there for my masters!!
