Room no longer required as I have dropped out of University. Looking for a student at The University of Huddersfield (any year) to take over the contract. The Ashenhurst Houses site is located a 10-15 minute walk away from the University and Town Centre and has a frequent bus service that can get you to the University/ Town Centre in 5 mins. The room is located on the second floor within the house. There are a total of 6 students currently living in the house with the max capacity of 8 people.
PAYMENTS:
- £70 a week.
- Deposit has been FULLY PAID
- First term payment has been FULLY PAID (£976.66)
- Second term payment (£976.66) due 13/01/21
- Third term payment (£976.66) dues 21/04/21
- TOTAL LEFT TO PAY: £1953.32
CONTRACT END: 17/07/21
