GCSE's, what's after that and advice pls?

Hi everyone
I'm new to TSR, in year 11 and currently building up on more questions (possibly anxieties too) to ask about what goes on past GCSE. My A-levels in mind are Biology, Chemistry and Maths/Statistics (I'm not sure which one would be most in my favor as I want to pursue medicine of some sort in the future) and possibly a Health and Social Level 3 qualification maybe to drop later on if I don't like the course. I'm working at a 5-5 as a result of my Year 10 mock and I don't feel very confident that I can even take some of my A-level options because of my current grading. What even comes after A-level, a specialist degree in Uni and then med-school? All in all I'm just confused on the lines of qualifications that come past GCSE, so some clarification would be just a lil handy, and if there's any advice really about revision *particularly about maths from those who are taking it rn* it'd be appreciated greatly lol. Thanks for taking a bit of time out your day to readd.

How much does it intersect really though? I've been doing them from the 2018 series further; however, but for actually learning the content how do you put it into practice? Do you just make notes on the topics you realize you suffer on? Do you just do flashcards? Lol do the past paper series just end?
Hey! I got an A* in A-level Maths. For me the best revision method was just past papers and practice questions. I didn't really take notes and just looked back at the booklets my teacher gave me if I got stuck or forgot what method to use. It was the same for GCSE maths too, just constant past papers and practice questions 😅
