international a lvl private candidate.

I am an international private candidate. I want to write three a levels from bio, chemistry & math in the summer 2021. I already contacted one centre in the uk, but I am wondering about Germany & the netherlands. Does anybody have a similar experience or info about these countries? Was it possible to attend the exam there? What was the procedure? Basically any information or a tip would be helpful.

Ps: I heard that international edexcel offers the practical part in form of the exam papers, is that true?

I believe the British Council helps people find centres for taking A levels overseas. Have a look: https://www.britishcouncil.org/exam. Alternatively you might try international or (HM Forces) schools in those countries.
