I’m always picked on why?

Every where I go ever job ppl take one look at me and I know I’m gonna be the target always without knowing me they assume (yes I’m quiet yes I’m soft spoken) always have to be the one bullied my self esteem is gone it hurts

I get this problem too, also quieter than most people and incredibly shy in person.
It's mostly because other people sometimes don't understand why people choose to be quiet. They think it makes you an easy target and perceive you as weak.
I would try to not go straight into thinking that you're going to be the target, they can see you've given up and are then even more likely to pick on you. I've always found it helpful to just ignore them. Their egos eventually give up because they're bored. If you've tried that and it doesn't work then idk. I'm not so good with the advice. I can offer explanations to my hearts content though (self esteem says nope but yep :confused:
