Question 7

begin by writing down the equation

2 Na + 0.5 O2 ===> 1 Na2O

Now that you know the equation, you can use the stoichiometry to see which one would be left in excess. To do so, calculate the moles of oxygen and sodium.

Question 25

This makes use of the Le Chatelier's principle. The system would always try to oppose the change that is made in the system.
