What Chemistry course should I take at Un?

I've contemplated taking a simple 3 year BSci in chemistry but I'm also tempted by the MSci. Is it actually worth doing the extra year? I'm also unsure if I should do a year in industry or just get earning ASAP after graduating? Would be great to hear your thoughts if the extra year in realty would actually make a diffrence in terms of salary.

If you want to continue in chemistry the MSci may be more useful than the BSc. A PhD might be even more useful. A year in industry will also be very useful - chemistry positions can be quite competitive so having actual work experience will help you stand out.
