Maths equivalency - invigilator starting exam earlier than specified?

Hello, I'm due to have my exam tomorrow afternoon at 2.30pm. It has been confirmed although in the confirmation email from "equivalency testing" it says the invigilator could start the exam any time after 11am with discretion? I am working tomorrow morning so just wondered if anyone has had the same problem and any advice on what to do please? Anyone sat the exam and had the same email please?
