literature review for a project proposal (unit 6) B-TEC

Hey, I am supposed to be doing a literature review for a project, i need to include 'brief detail' however the article i have found on google are reeally really lengthy, how am i supposed to 'briefly detail' them.

Some of the sources of the sources that i find on the internet are like this
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32764296/. Am i allowed to use that as a 'whole' source? or would that be wrong?
I really don't understand when you say the whole source. However, when you are using a source, you only paraphrase the parts of the work that contribute to your question. But you cannot reproduce the whole source even if it answers your question fully. You must integrate other sources to make your work plagiarism-free. I hope this helps.
