GCSE Mathematics at grade C or 4

So yea I'm a Grade 12 CBSE student trying to get into some good college in UK. Can anyone please explain what GCSE Mathematics at grade C or 4 is in INDIAN Grading stuff.. Is it equivalent to Grade 10 Mathematics? Thank you!

I don’t know in India terms but it’s a pass in the UK. It means that you should be able to get into most colleges. Usually you need a 6 (high B) to do maths at a levels but it depends on the college

Thanks for the reply, I got the answer "GCSE grade C / grade 4 equivalent: All India Secondary School Examination (A1-C1) Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (Class-X) (grade 1-4 / 60-100%)"
