Most university courses only require one, sometimes two, named subjects.

I'm doing the exact same subjects! I applied for medicine at university, so you can do it with those A levels (you could also do dentistry and vet med), but it's not for everyone and a much harder application process than most other subjects. What are your interests? You can also do allied healthcare professions if that interests you (physiotherapy is a good on related to PE), science-based degrees, such as biochem or biomed, sports science, chemical engineering etc. Teaching PE or coaching is also a career you could go into.
