How do you go from the graoh 2^3x to 2^3x-4 the answer is translation by ( 4/3 ,0) but idk how they got this

if i gave you a function f(x), then f(x-2) is a translation of (2,0)

In the example you have you could re-write the exponent as 2^3(x) and likewise for the second one 2^3(x-4/3). So the second one is a translation?
