I think Warwick take their time in relation to the course due to how over-subscribed it is.

Remember this is still the University of Warwick, Even If you display passion with poor academics it's unlikely an offer will be given, although I was speaking to a couple of the undergrad students and the personal statement is significant in their selection process.
