What should I prepare for GCSE Global Citizenship?

What should I prepare for GCSE Global Citizenship? I tend to take global citizenship, but I've never learned about it. In fact, my English isn't that good, B2 level. I take a keen interest in it and am eager to learn. Though still, I'm not sure that I could do well since my writing and reading aren't C1. And I aslo gonna take history. Is history that difficult? Can you advice me something I could do before my year 10 start.
Memorizing political vocabs and knowing their meaning can be immensely suffering, like the Cabinet and Backbenchers...(for foreign students like me) however, you said you have an interest in citizenship, and if you have a basic understanding of politics then you can pick it up. Also, if you don't mind doing active citizenship, have a go. The most important thing is to read newspapers, then naturally you will know most of the political vocabulary, which will help you answer exam questions with ease
