I have received an invitation for interview today.

Also been invited to do the video sift. I attended the online q & a session and they did say that it would be strength based questions.

When will you be doing your video shift?I plan to do mine by Friday hopefully.

8 questions which include 1 icebreaker and 1 to show id. Not too sure how it went for me - I was pretty nervous. Would just say read the job spec and see how you can relate your experiences to it.
