Investment banking placement year

Im looking to do a placement year at an investment bank for my year Industry, however not a lot of banks offer this. So I was wondering, in order to increase my chances of a placement, if I should apply to off cycle internships

Also can someone tell me the application process of industrial placements at investment banks (is it the same as summer internships)
And the application process of off cycle internships, does it still involve online assessments, assessment centres etc? Thanks

Proportionality

For most IPs it tends to be CV/cover letter, psychometric and numerical (sometimes logical reasoning) tests, video interview/telephone interview (sometimes a second telephone interview) and then an in-person interview/assessment centre. Have you got a list of firms offering investment banking placements? So far I am aware of Lazard but not any others, thanks!
