Breach of terms of contract (law essay)
Hi i need some help regarding my first year law essay.
Ive been given a fake scenario regarding construction work of new accommodation and i am struggling a bit with the terms to use and the relevance of the materials.
the main issue i'm looking at is breach of the term of the architect having to supply written consent of any subcontracting agreements before contracts were formed. however the contractor subcontracted to a company before receiving written consent.
I'm wondering if there are any cases similar to this and what the repercussions would be regarding this.
I have many other questions but this is the main one.
