Can I write a question on the back of my A-Level paper for the marker?

I've been thinking, what if write "Integrate the following" with some hard integral on the back of my paper just for kicks. What would happen?

Nothing. Most exam papers are scanned in and examiners mark online so dont see the back of papers (thats why the say to write within the lines on the paper).
If it is a paper copy sent to an examiner, the they will just ignore it.
