will i get marked down for this?

i've done an english literature mock exam and i've accidentally wrote the same text twice for section a and in the section b when in section b i was meant to write paragraphs for a specific novella

It's a mock so it doesn't matter and you will find out soon enough how your teacher has marked it. It sounds like what you wrote in section B doesn't answer the question. If your answer doesn't answer the question asked, you won't earn many if any additional marks for it but they won't punish you by taking away marks earned from earlier answers..
