HAYLOFT POINT CONTRACT TRANSFER

Hi, I am looking for a KCL student to take over my contract at Hayloft Point in Aldgate. The student must not also already be in one of the King’s residences and must be an undergraduate student.

This is an En-Suite room with a communal kitchen. The flat is in the 10th floor and you'll be living with 9 other flatmates. This contract sublet will be from April/May 2023 - 31st July 2023.

Total rent for this period is £2950 with all bills included.
