do you mean yr12 mocks when you say “a level progression exams?”
I’m studying history so i admit I don’t know that much about accounting/finance, but are you sure all universities require AAA? I had a look and Manchester Met offers accounting and finance for BCC - I know it’s not a very good uni but I’m sure that you can find others.
Your college should be taking your progress in Year 13 into account anyway, and can send off your UCAS application as late as January 2024. If you’ve improved a lot by then, they’ll probably raise your predicted grades
Also, if there is a legitimate reason for your grades being lower than you think you can achieve, tell your head of year/a teacher and they might raise your predicted grades. Personally, I got diagnosed with ADHD in the middle of Year 12, so I said my performance would improve once I got medication/extra time in exams, so they raised my grades despite the fact I did pretty badly.
For now the most important thing is to revise as much as possible - if you’ve improved drastically from your last assessments, your college will take it as a good sign
