Can I speak to my training provider and switch employers?

So with my first apprenticeship I declined at the last minute but I wanted to apply for an apprenticeship with the same training provider and different job

Not likely, since you’ve quit. I believe that’s only the case if you’re made redundant after being with the employer for so long (notice period).

I don’t think it’d be the case even if you quit a month before the end,
