mental health maintenance

I am starting university soon, and I will be undertaking a dental course and understand it is one of the leading professions with the greatest suicide rate of around 8 per cent, i want to feel prepared for this journey and well aware of what I'm stepping into,

so what ways do you guys look after your mental health?

I aim to exercise daily for 1 hour and just generally have some self care time in the morning and before bed (skincare, read a book, etc.). As someone who's really struggled with their mental health, I think the most important thing is to always be aware of how you're feeling. If you're feeling burned out, take a break. Do not let it get worse because that just makes everything worse in the long run. Good luck for uni!
