Applied Psychology for Children and Young People MSc Edinburgh

Wondering if anyone has applied for the applied psychology for children and young people course at Edinburgh university? I applied back in 2019 with very little experience and was rejected.

Since then I have a lot more experience working with young people, but haven't done anything psychology related since I graduated in 2018. Am I wasting my time by applying? Would love to hear from people who were successful at gaining an interview.

hey! i dont know much about this program nor am i from edinburgh uni but i still wanted to help. what field do you work in with young people? if you’re really passionate about the course and psychology then go for it!! it doesnt cost a dime to apply so i think it would be a great try. you could explain how you enjoy working w young people and how learning more in depth about psychology can hep you better serve young people and children. good luck!!
