MSc HR Recommendations

Hi!
I was hoping to ask the difference between the two HR masters offered by the Manchester university
-MSc Human Resource Management (industrial relations) offered by the business school of Manchester and
-MSc Human Resource Management (International Development) offered by the Environment, Education and Development department of the same university

I am mainly concerned about job prospects after graduation as an international student. Secondly, are HR masters in the UK normally done at the business school or does it not matter which department offers the program?
Any advise is appreciated. Thank you!
