Gcse Music Composition

My teacher says that the only potential issue with the composition (a song on a DAW, not sheet music) is that there is crackling or clipping in some sections of the song. Would I lose marks for that?

Note: the exam board is Edexcel

not a music student but i know some bit. what daw are you using? have you also tried rendering the song on another computer? also when you play it back on the daw itself are there crackling sounds on any of the tracks? and have you listened to the audio file yourself?

1. I've been using soundtrap for this project (ik it's not that great but I'm using it cus I know it better than other DAWs)
2. Yes, on school computers too, there is still crackling/clipping
3. There is only little to no crackling on two tracks but it almost all of the crackling starts when all the tracks play
4. I haven't listened to it as an exported file yet, I'll try that
