I swear you've made another post or thread about reporting someone for cheating. Is this the same person or do you just happen to be seeing loads of cheaters??

Tell someone. You don't want your grade to be lower because of cheaters, do you?

no because they were trying to resolve an issue before the exam started with another student
if this is GCSE/A Level or equivlent just dont snitch on them because if you do they could get expelled from all of their exams with that exam board

Some Private schools cheat anyway. Same with Oxford and Cambridge at Uni.

Well if it's before the exam started and the papers haven't been opened yet, then how could they have possibly cheated?

it was also during the exam as well like friends being near each other and i was in the middle of them and could hear them communicate, when the invigilators weren't looking at their direction

So they were whispering before the exam even started and the papers were opened? Not sure you'd have a solid case for that constituting true cheating, and also, do you have any witnesses who could corroborate this? Finally, if you haven't yet reported it then it's pretty much a lost cause, reporting supposed acts of cheating days after they reportedly happened isn't likely to be taken seriously and/or any possible evidence at the time will be ''lost'' or greatly diluted (i.e. other people's memories/corroboration of event).
