Professional experience additional fees

So I noticed the fees are billed per year, so I wanted to confirm, for a professional experience program, since it's a duration of 18-20 months, would I need to pay a second year of fees, for example the fees per year is £21,250, would the second year with professional experience require me to pay an additional £21,250 again?
