hi!
I am a first-year biomedical student who is planning to apply for GEM at Warwick around 2026 entry. I am currently looking at volunteering as a ward assistant at my nearest hospital and I'm wondering if volunteering would be valuable to Warwick. The reason why I'm asking is that I've been hearing different things from other med students that Warwick doesn't accept volunteering etc. Also, I plan to do some shadowing next summer holidays. Are these work experience good enougn for Warwick GEM?
