Graduate entry medicine - Low UCAT - risk it?

Hi guys,

I am wanting to make an application next year for 2025 entry GEM. However I did the UCAT this year as I was planning to apply this year but for some reasons, I've had to delay my application for next yr.

This year I got a (low) UCAT score of 2470 (VR - 600), SJ2.

I was wondering whether for a GEM application if there is a chance with this ucat, even the slightest, that one is able to advance in their application?
I was planning to apply to warwick. Gathered 70hrs+ work experience in a care home and GP and also got a first class in Biomedical Science.
UCAT was the only drawback.

What do you think?
Was there a possible chance?
I know warwick last yr interviewed someone with 2580, but my score is still far from this..

Would like to hear what you would think, thanks!

A UCAT of 2470 would likely make an application this year very challenging. Cut offs may come down, with the extra grad entry places announced, so we will know better about next year at the end of the cycle. You will, however, have to resit the UCAT if applying next year, so may have a totally different score!

Thank you for responding, I appreciate it!I see that the average UCAT score this year was actually 2516. Far but still close from the average...Do you know where the extra grad entry places were made? I can't seem to find out.
