Advices for choosing major (A+F or Mathematics, Statistics and Business)

I'm a year 12 student who studying Math, Economics, Physics, and Further Math. I got my predicted grade as A*A*AA* respectively.

I wish to study AF in LSE, but the competition is just too fierce (17:1). Also, I found math is crucially important in corporate finance when I was doing my IPQ (Independent Project Qualification). I'm considering whether I should go for Mathematics, Statistics and Business, which had a ratio of 12:1.

It would be great if you could tell me about your experience at AF or MSB.

What were your GCSE subjects and grades? :s-smilie: LSE will look at your GCSEs and subjects too.

I would say, go for Accounting and Finance, you have 3A* 1A predicted and that exceeds the entry requirements.

Your UCAS Personal Statement must be 'stellar', so work on it really hard and be unique too.
