This is a bit of an odd question lol, was this in a past paper? I'd say lungers are the mammalian respiratory organ, where carbon dixoide and oxygen are exchanged between the air and the internal blood stream. They consist of the trachea, bronchi, bronchioles and alveoli.
You could talk about their specialised function too etc?
