I have been offered a place on KCL MSc Psychiatric Research (only 25 places available) and also QMUL MSc Mental Health Sciences. Both courses will help me to get to my longer term goals, and the modules/assessments on both are appealing to me. I know that KCL has a better rep than QMUL, but I am worried that their assessments and grading will be harder. Is a lower grade from KCL better than a higher grade from QMUL? Will the assessments and marking be of similar standards at both? How important is rep at MSc level?

I am looking to do a PhD or DClinPSy after my MSc if this helps with answers.
