Is this good news?

I had 4 interviews for a job at a Investment Bank, HR sent me and email this morning saying they want to call me at 3pm. They also attached a form for me to fill out prior to the meeting regarding my current compensation and other questions like NI number etc.

However the email reads "the team really like you and want you to be progressed onto the next stage, which is a HR Interview,whereby I would ask you some regulatory and compliance questions/gather some details"

Does this mean I got the job, or is it still not guaranteed?

The call might well be the HR telephone interview I'd guess. Can always reply to the email, accepting them calling and asking if the call will be the further interview or just to arrange it.
