Alternative careers/postgrad options with psych degree - Medical?

I am looking for advice for what possible career options I may have. I am currently going into my third year of my BPS undergraduate degree in psychology with counselling.

I would like to know how viable my options would be in studying a postgraduate course within the medical field. Is there any transferrable knowledge from my undergraduate degree that would enable to study a more medical related course at postgraduate level. If so what courses may I be able to get into?

I feel like my options within psychology after my undergraduate degree are quite limited, I was hoping to pursue a career clinical psychology or health psychology career however, after further investigation and speaking to others in the industry I feel like this won't be a viable option for me due to:

a) the process and experience required to get on to the doctorate entails gaining experience which is notoriously difficult within psychology field
b) the financial aspects of the 'entry level' experience role are quite low which unfortunately isn't something I'll be able to commit due to my responsibilities and would mean leaving my current occupation

Thank you
