Tesco right to work process

I’m struggling with the Tesco right to work process. Does anyone know if there is a way of contacting Tesco with some help with it? I am stuck on the page where it asks me to upload a photo of my passport. It just won’t accept the picture it says file won’t upload.
Can anyone help please. First ever job application and its proving to be much harder than I anticipated.
