Uni of Sussex or Uni of Bournemouth for law?

At the moment I have uni of Exeter firmed for AAB, not feeling very confident about my exams so just making sure I have a back up option.
I have Uni of Sussex as insurance for ABB but I’m really not sure if I’d want to go there, I like the look of Bournemouth uni especially as it’s closer to home (1hour compared to 3/4hr). However I know BU isn’t as high up on the league tables, so would it be stupid to turn down Sussex for a lower ranked uni?? Or does it not matter as much as neither of them are russell groups?
