Chemistry - How likely am I to receive an Imperial College London offer

Course: Chemistry with Medicinal Chemistry (and year in industry)
Course requirements: AAA including Chemistry and Maths
Predicted grades: A*AA in Biology, Chemistry and Maths
EPQ: tbc
GCSES: 7A*s, 1A, 2Bs

P.S. I have appealed my predicted grade for Chem to increase to an A*

Apparently pretty likely. The following website says you have 55% chance based on past records (which they appear to source via freedom of information requests sent directly to the unis in question).
