Arup Gradaute Scheme 2.0

Hi. I applied to another role at Arup.

I received these emails from them, "Thank you for completing your online assessments for our role. We're pleased to let you know that your application will be progressing to the next stage and will now be further reviewed by our hiring teams. We'll be in touch again shortly with an update."

Three days later I received, "We're pleased to let you know that we were impressed by your application for our role. Your details will be reviewed by our Hiring Teams for careful consideration for the next round of our selection process."

Can someone confirm what this entails? What is the next stage, and how long does it take to get a response from them?

If you received the "We're pleased to let you know that we were impressed by your application for our role" email, it means that you are at the shortlisting stage. I got a rejection email after this in 3 days time :biggrin:
